4 Day Conflict Coaching Course
This course merges the skills, competencies and toolkits from professional coaching and conflict management.
Conflict Coaching is the process whereby a trained and professional coach works one-to-one with a client to assist them manage a dispute or conflict situation effectively. By engaging the process a client will learn how to increase competency in relation to their conflict management skills.
Sometimes removing ourselves from the dispute or conflict environment is not possible. However the way we deal with the situation can be what really matters. Gaining strong coping mechanisms, interpersonal skills and preparing oneself before entering a potentially contentious situation is vital. Conflict coaching provides the support to do just this, it is productive in the workplace and a variety of other contexts.
Who is the course for?
Anyone who currently or aspires to work in the coaching, mediation or conflict resolution profession. For people who have undertaken mediation training this is a natural progression. HR Managers and business consultants will find the process of conflict coaching invaluable when dealing with internal workplace issues.
