WHEN TO USE CONFLICT COACHING?
Our services are often called upon throughout different stages of conflict. Many people use conflict coaching before conflict arises, anticipating future problems. Others who are in a current dispute call upon us to assist them through their situation, while some need assistance after a resolution to be better equippped with moving on and making sense of everything.
Conflict can be an opportunity to become stronger and more focused, yet when mishandled it can erode our confidence and coping skills. We can help, our approach combines established coaching best practice with conflict management principles.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We have created a proven framework that is based around a one on one, client & coach team. After an initial conversation with us, we will assign a skilled certified and experienced conflict coach to meet with you. This first face to face meeting will provide both the client and coach an opportunity to establish the purpose for the coaching and gain an insight into how the coaching would be conducted to suit the clients needs. Should it be agreed to proceed with the coaching session these will then be arranged.
The relationship between coach and client is a professional and confidential one. All our coaches work subject to the 'Association for Coaching Code of Ethics & Good Conduct' as well as the 'Beyond Conflict Code of Conduct for Coaching'.
Each coaching session will be 90 minutes in duration and typically 4 to 6 sessions are required, however the number of sessions required can vary depending on each individual case. Coaching sessions typically take place at a suitable time and location convenient to both the client and coach.
